When you request a conversation we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, website and information about your marketing and lead flow. When we qualify enquiries on behalf of clients, we process the information homeowners provide about their project.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold conversations, deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of legitimate interests, performance of a contract, or consent where required, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Sharing
Qualified prospect information is shared only with the client the enquiry relates to. We use trusted service providers (such as email and hosting) who process data on our instructions.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it securely.
